This Cuff Is made from an antique silver napkin ring! I added some small mushrooms on the side and a bit of labradorite in the middle. They are adjustable and can fit wrists between 125 and 140 mm without any trouble. I would advise against widening much further than that, as silver will wear down the more you bend it.
